The operational rule articles incorporated into the FPT Scale Program Agreement by reference.

The FPT Scale Program Agreement delegates the detailed operational parameters of the program to the rules articles listed below. Each is incorporated into that Agreement by reference at the version shown, and each carries its own version and effective date so that the rule set in force on any given day can be established.

When you purchase an evaluation, the version of every article below is recorded against your order alongside the manifest version. That recorded set — not this page as it reads today — is what your purchase is bound to.

How a Change to Each Article Applies

A materialchange is one that affects money, eligibility or breach. A non-material change — a typo, a clearer example, an added worked calculation — updates the article’s last-updated date and nothing else.

Your checkout / order summary controls the transaction-specific fields. The Program Agreement controls the program relationship. The articles above control the operational parameters delegated to them. The Terms of Use control general website and platform use. The Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Simulation and Risk Disclosure control their own subject matter. Marketing pages and ordinary explanatory FAQs are summaries and do not override the applicable agreement or rule version.
