Scope and Who This Applies To

This Privacy Policy explains how Funded Prediction Trader ("FPT", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and retains personal information. It is version 1.0 and takes effect on 4 August 2026.

It applies to everyone whose personal information FPT processes, including:

  • Visitors to fundedpredictiontrader.com and any FPT subdomain, including the FPT Help Center and the FPT blog.
  • People who join the waitlist, create an FPT account, or purchase an FPT Scale evaluation.
  • Customers using the prelaunch dashboard and, once FPT launches, the simulated trading platform.
  • People who contact FPT by email, or who participate in a referral or affiliate arrangement with FPT.

FPT is a software-based simulated trader evaluation company. It provides simulated event-market evaluation accounts, trader analytics and risk-assessment tools. FPT is not a brokerage, exchange, custodian, investment adviser, bank or trading venue. FPT does not route customer orders to Polymarket, Kalshi or any other venue, does not hold customer funds, and does not take deposits. That matters for privacy because it defines what FPT does and does not hold: FPT holds records of a simulated account, not a brokerage or custody relationship.

This policy sits alongside the rest of the FPT Legal Center. Read it with the Terms of Use, the Cookie Policy, the FPT Scale Program Agreement and the Simulation and Risk Disclosure.

This policy does not cover the practices of third parties FPT does not control. Polymarket, Kalshi and any other independent site, venue or platform you visit run their own privacy programs. FPT is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by those companies unless FPT expressly says so.

Summary

A short, honest overview. It is a summary, not a substitute for the sections below.

  • What FPT collects. Account and contact details, purchase and billing records, support messages, technical and device data from your visits, and — once trading is live — the full record of your simulated trading activity.
  • Why the trading data matters. Simulated orders, positions, timing, market selection, risk behaviour and results are the product. FPT reviews and analyses them to run the evaluation, to review payouts, to detect abuse, and for research and product development. This is stated plainly rather than buried.
  • Payments. FPT does not receive or store your full card number. A payment processor handles the card details and returns tokens and references to FPT.
  • Analytics today. As of the effective date of this policy, no third-party analytics or advertising library is loaded on the FPT website and no analytics cookie is set. FPT expects to add first-party product analytics, and this policy describes that category in advance so the description does not have to change quietly later.
  • Selling data. FPT does not intentionally sell personally identifying trader information. FPT does share information with service providers by category, and does disclose information where law, fraud prevention or security requires it.
  • Aggregated data. FPT may create and use aggregated, anonymised and de-identified data, including commercially.
  • Your controls. You can access, correct, delete and export information, object to certain processing, and opt out of marketing. How to do it is in Your Rights and Contact and How to Submit a Request.
  • Adults only. FPT is not for anyone under 18.

Information You Give Us

Account and profile information. When you join the waitlist or create an FPT account, FPT collects the name or display name you supply, your email address, your account credentials in hashed form, your account settings and preferences, and the country or region you tell us you are in. FPT never stores your password in readable form.

Contact information. Your email address is the primary channel for account, purchase, launch and payout communications. If you give us a phone number or a messaging handle — for example to reach you about a payout review — FPT stores it for that purpose.

Purchase and billing records. When you buy an FPT Scale evaluation, FPT records the product and account size you selected, the price charged, the promotional code applied, the billing cadence (one-time or monthly), the subscription status, the date and time of the transaction, invoice and receipt records, the processor's transaction reference, and the versions of the legal documents and FPT Scale rules you accepted at checkout. The checkout record is the controlling record for transaction-specific fields — see the Refund Policy and Founder Purchase and Launch Terms.

Support communications. When you email support, legal, privacy or billing, FPT keeps the message, any attachments you send, and the correspondence history. Support tickets frequently contain account details you choose to include; please do not send us more sensitive information than a request requires.

Tax and payout details, if later required. FPT does not pay performance payouts before launch, so no payout details are collected today. When funded payouts begin, FPT will need the information necessary to pay you and to meet its own reporting obligations — this may include your legal name, address, date of birth, a tax identification number or the equivalent in your country, a completed tax form, and the payout destination details required by the payout method you select. FPT will collect this at the point it is needed and will tell you what is required before you provide it.

Identity and eligibility data, if later collected. FPT expects to verify identity and eligibility before approving payouts and in response to suspected fraud or account abuse. Where that happens, FPT may collect identity documents, a selfie or liveness check, proof of address, date of birth, and the results of a verification check. No identity-verification vendor has been selected and none is named in this policy. FPT will publish the specifics before identity verification goes live, and this policy will be updated at that time.

FPT does not ask for, and does not want, information about your health, religion, political opinions, trade union membership, sex life, sexual orientation, genetic data or biometric data, except where a biometric liveness check is part of an identity-verification step that FPT tells you about in advance.

Payment Information

FPT does not collect, receive or store your full payment card number, your card security code, or your full bank account details.

Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. When you check out, your card or payment details are collected by that processor in its own environment. FPT receives back a limited set of records: a customer or payment token, a transaction or charge reference, the amount and currency, the payment status, the card brand and last four digits or an equivalent descriptor, the billing country and postal code where the processor supplies them for fraud screening, and any refund or chargeback events.

FPT uses those records to fulfil your purchase, to issue receipts and refunds, to manage subscription billing, to answer billing questions, and to investigate payment fraud and chargeback abuse.

No payment processor is named in this policy because none has been finally selected. FPT will not name a processor until one is in place. When the processor is live, its own privacy notice will govern what it does with the payment details you give it directly, and this policy will identify the category of provider — not a brand — in the When We Share Information section.

Billing questions go to billing@fundedpredictiontrader.com.

Information Collected Automatically

When you use an FPT website or the FPT platform, some information is collected automatically by the servers and software that deliver the pages to you.

Device and connection data. IP address, approximate location inferred from the IP address at city or country level, browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen and viewport size, language and time zone.

Log data. The pages and URLs requested, the date and time of the request, the referring URL where your browser sends one, response status codes, error traces, and performance timings. Server and application logs are generated by the hosting and delivery infrastructure and are necessary to run and secure the service.

Cookies and similar technologies. FPT uses cookies, local storage and similar technologies to keep you signed in, to remember preferences, to protect the site against abuse, and — in future — to measure how the product is used.

As of the effective date of this policy, the FPT website loads no third-party analytics library, no advertising tag and no cross-site tracking pixel, and sets no analytics cookie. The only cookies and storage in use are strictly necessary ones: session and authentication state, security and anti-abuse protection, and your own saved preferences.

FPT anticipates adding first-party product analytics. When that happens, the analytics category described in this policy becomes active, the Cookie Policy will list what is set, and any consent mechanism required where you live will be presented before non-essential technologies are used.

The Cookie Policy is the authority on categories, purposes and controls, and it is kept current as the site changes.

Simulated Trading and Performance Data

This is the category that matters most, so it is stated directly rather than folded into a list.

Simulated trading data is core to the FPT product. The evaluation exists to measure how you trade. FPT therefore collects, stores, monitors, reviews and analyses the complete record of activity inside your FPT accounts. That record includes:

  • Every simulated order you place, modify or cancel, including size, side, price and the time to the second.
  • Every simulated position and simulated fill, including estimated slippage and price impact applied by the simulation.
  • The markets you select from the Polymarket + Kalshi market coverage, including which venue, which event and which contract.
  • Timing and session behaviour: when you trade, how long you hold, how you behave around market expirations and around resolution or dispute events.
  • Risk behaviour: position sizing against your account max open size, exposure against the 5% trailing 24-hour market-volume cap, concentration, drawdown behaviour and reaction to losses.
  • Account state over time: balance, equity, realised and unrealised simulated profit and loss, end-of-day balances, the EOD trailing drawdown floor and where it locked, profitable days, and consistency measurements.
  • Payout-review data: qualifying payout days, cycle profit, consistency across the cycle, payout requests, approvals, rejections and the reasons recorded for each.
  • Rule events: breaches, warnings, resets, account status changes and the review notes attached to them.

Account balances, orders, positions, fills and profits inside FPT accounts are simulated. FPT does not route your orders to an exchange and does not execute live trades for you. What FPT holds is a record of simulated activity — but it is a detailed, permanent and analytically valuable record, and you should read it that way.

Payout review measures your simulated activity against the published rules for your account size. Those rules are per-size, which is why the review looks at different thresholds depending on what you bought:

Rule measured during review$25k Scale$50k Scale$100k Scale
Evaluation profit target$1,250$3,000$6,000
Maximum loss$1,000$2,000$3,000
EOD trailing drawdown locks at$25,100$50,100$100,100
Qualifying payout-day minimum profit$100$150$200
Evaluation max open size$1,000$2,000$3,000

The full rules, including the 40% consistency rule and the five qualifying payout days per cycle, are in Complete Evaluation Rules by Account Size and Payout Rules and Review.

Before FPT launches, evaluations are not tradeable, so a Founder customer has no simulated trading data yet. This section describes what will be collected from the moment trading becomes available.

Affiliate and Referral Attribution

Where FPT operates a referral or affiliate arrangement, FPT records the attribution data needed to credit a referral correctly. That can include a referral code or link identifier, the referring affiliate's identity, the time the referral was recorded, whether an account was created, and whether a qualifying purchase followed.

If you are referred to FPT, the affiliate who referred you may be told that a referral converted and may be shown the commission owed. An affiliate is never given your simulated trading data, your performance, your payout history, your identity documents or your payment details.

If you are an approved FPT affiliate, FPT processes your affiliate account details, your payout method details, your commission records and your promotional activity in order to run the arrangement and to pay you.

Referral links may carry campaign parameters in the URL. Those parameters are attribution data, and FPT treats them as such.

Fraud, Security and Abuse-Prevention Data

Running a simulated evaluation program that pays real money out of company funds requires FPT to detect people trying to game it. FPT therefore collects and analyses signals designed to identify fraud, account abuse and prohibited conduct, including:

  • Device, browser and network signals used to recognise a device across sessions, including IP address and derived characteristics.
  • Sign-in history, failed sign-in attempts, session behaviour and credential-stuffing patterns.
  • Links between accounts: shared devices, shared payment instruments, shared addresses, duplicate profiles and coordinated trading across related accounts.
  • Payment risk signals returned by the payment processor, including chargeback and dispute history.
  • Trading patterns that indicate platform or data exploitation rather than good-faith trading.

The conduct standard those signals are measured against is published in Good-Faith Trading and Prohibited Conduct, and the per-person limits FPT enforces — five active accounts, $500,000 maximum combined allocation and a $25,000 aggregate monthly payout maximum — are in Account Limits and Allocation Caps.

FPT retains fraud and abuse records even after an account closes, because the point of the record is to stop the same conduct returning under a new account.

How We Use Information

FPT uses personal information for the purposes below. The status column says plainly what is in use as of the effective date and what is anticipated, so this section does not have to be rewritten quietly when a capability is switched on.

Discretionary review of high performersIdentifying high-performing traders or strategies for internal reviewOn launch
Internal replication testingTesting internal simulated or live replication of strategies using company capitalAnticipated
Future business linesDeveloping new FPT products and services, including offerings not yet announcedOngoing

Two of those deserve to be spelled out rather than left in a table cell.

Identifying high performers. FPT may use your performance and trading data to identify you, or the approach you trade, as worth a closer discretionary look. That review is internal, and being reviewed is not an offer, a status or a promise.

Internal replication using company capital. FPT may test whether strategies observed on the platform can be replicated internally, in simulation or with live capital that belongs to FPT. Any such activity uses company capital only. FPT does not invest customer money, does not hold customer funds, and does not trade on your behalf.

No promise attaches to either. Nothing in this policy, and nothing in FPT's analysis of your data, gives you any right to a live-capital allocation, copy trading, increased limits, special status, revenue share or extra compensation. Any such arrangement would require a separate written agreement.

Aggregated and De-Identified Information

FPT may aggregate, anonymise or de-identify personal information so that it no longer identifies you or is reasonably capable of being linked back to you.

Examples: statistics on how many accounts reach a profit target, distributions of holding periods across a market category, aggregate liquidity and slippage behaviour, aggregate pass and breach rates, and model training sets built from de-identified activity.

FPT may use, retain, publish, license and otherwise commercialise aggregated and de-identified information without restriction under this policy, including after your account closes. Where FPT holds information in de-identified form, FPT maintains it in that form and does not attempt to re-identify it except to test the effectiveness of the de-identification itself, or where law requires.

Aggregated and de-identified information is not personal information, and the rights described below apply to personal information.

If you are in a jurisdiction that requires a legal basis for each processing activity — for example the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, or another region with a comparable framework — FPT relies on the bases below. This section applies to people covered by such a framework; it does not assert that any particular framework governs FPT generally.

Legal basisWhere FPT relies on it
Performance of a contractCreating and running your account, delivering the evaluation you purchased, billing and refunds, payout review and payment, and support
Legitimate interestsSecuring the platform, preventing fraud and abuse, protecting company capital, product analytics and development, risk and strategy research, model development, and internal replication testing using company capital
ConsentNon-essential cookies and similar technologies where consent is required, marketing emails where consent is required, and any optional feature that asks for it
Legal obligationTax, financial and record-keeping obligations, responses to lawful requests, and obligations connected with identity verification where they apply

Where FPT relies on legitimate interests, it balances those interests against your rights and freedoms, and it does not rely on that basis where your interests override it. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests — see Your Rights. Where FPT relies on consent, you can withdraw it at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing that already happened.

When We Share Information

FPT shares personal information in the situations below, and not as a matter of routine outside them.

Service providers, described by category. FPT uses vendors to run the service. Each is given only the information needed for its function, and is bound to use it only for that purpose.

CategoryWhat they do for FPT
Hosting and infrastructureRun the servers, databases, storage and content delivery behind the website, dashboard and Help Center
Payment processingCollect card details, charge and refund payments, and screen payment fraud
Email deliverySend transactional, account and service email
AnalyticsMeasure product usage, once analytics is in place
Fraud prevention and securityProvide bot protection, abuse detection and security monitoring
Identity verificationVerify identity and eligibility, once that step is live
Customer supportOperate the ticketing and support tooling used to answer your messages
Payout processingDeliver approved performance payouts, once payouts begin

No vendor is named in this policy. None has been finally selected across several of those categories, and FPT will not print a brand name it has not committed to. When the stack is settled, FPT will publish the specifics.

Legal, compliance, fraud and security disclosures. FPT may disclose information where it believes in good faith that disclosure is required or appropriate to comply with law or a lawful request; to enforce the Terms of Use, the Program Agreement or the incorporated FPT Scale Rules; to investigate fraud, abuse or a security incident; to protect the rights, property or safety of FPT, its customers or the public; or to establish or defend legal claims.

Corporate transactions. If FPT is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganisation, sale of assets or insolvency proceeding, personal information may be transferred or disclosed as part of that transaction or its due diligence. FPT will require the recipient to honour this policy for information transferred, or will notify you of any materially different treatment.

Professional advisers. FPT may share information with its lawyers, accountants, auditors and insurers where necessary and under a duty of confidence.

With your direction. FPT shares information where you ask it to.

FPT does not intentionally sell personally identifying trader information. FPT does not sell your name, your contact details, your identity documents, your payment details or your individual trading and performance records. Some U.S. state laws define "sale" and "sharing" broadly enough to capture certain advertising and analytics arrangements even when no money changes hands; where a future arrangement falls within such a definition, FPT will say so in this policy and provide the opt-out described in Your Rights. As of the effective date, no third-party advertising or cross-context behavioural advertising technology is in use on FPT sites.

International and Cross-Border Processing

FPT operates from the United States, and information FPT processes is stored and processed in the United States and in other countries where FPT or its service providers operate.

If you are outside the United States, using FPT means your information is transferred to and processed in a country whose data protection laws may differ from those of your own country, and which may not have been assessed as providing an equivalent level of protection.

Where a transfer of information out of the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area or another jurisdiction with transfer restrictions requires a specific safeguard, FPT uses an appropriate mechanism — such as standard contractual clauses or an equivalent approved instrument — together with contractual and technical protections with the receiving provider. You can ask privacy@fundedpredictiontrader.com for information about the safeguards applicable to your situation.

Retention

FPT keeps personal information for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, and then for as long as a legitimate business or legal reason requires.

RecordHow long FPT keeps it
Account and profile recordsWhile your account is open, and for a period afterwards to handle disputes, enforce agreements and prevent repeat abuse
Purchase, billing and refund recordsFor the period applicable tax, accounting and financial record-keeping law requires
Simulated trading and performance recordsWhile your account is open and afterwards, because they are the evidentiary record behind evaluations, payouts and rule decisions; they may be retained indefinitely in de-identified form
Payout review and payout recordsFor the period required by tax, reporting and audit obligations
Identity and eligibility verification recordsFor the period required by applicable law and FPT's fraud-prevention needs, once identity verification is live
Support communicationsFor a period sufficient to maintain support history and resolve related disputes
Server and security logsFor a limited operational period, longer where a log forms part of a security or fraud investigation
Fraud and abuse recordsRetained after account closure, because their purpose is to prevent the same conduct returning
Aggregated and de-identified dataRetained without a fixed limit

FPT has not yet published a numeric retention schedule for each record type. Rather than print a number that has not been decided, FPT states the criteria above and will publish the specific periods before launch and update this policy when it does.

Deleting your account does not automatically delete every record. FPT retains what it must for legal, tax, security, fraud-prevention and dispute-resolution purposes, and retains aggregated and de-identified data.

Security

FPT protects personal information with administrative, technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption of traffic in transit, encryption of sensitive data at rest, hashed password storage, access controls limiting internal access to those who need it, environment separation, logging and monitoring, and vendor diligence for service providers.

FPT reduces its own risk by design where it can. The clearest example is payments: FPT never receives your full card number, so there is no card number in FPT's systems to lose.

No system is perfectly secure, and FPT does not claim otherwise. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential, for using a strong and unique password, for enabling any additional authentication FPT offers, and for telling FPT promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Account sharing is prohibited by the program rules and it is also a security risk to you.

If FPT becomes aware of a security incident affecting your personal information, it will notify affected users and any regulator as required by applicable law, and will describe what happened and what to do about it.

Suspected vulnerabilities or account compromise should be reported to support@fundedpredictiontrader.com.

Your Choices

  • Marketing email. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also email support@fundedpredictiontrader.com. Transactional and account messages — purchase confirmations, launch notices, payout and rule communications, security alerts and legal document changes — are part of the service and are not marketing; you cannot opt out of those while you hold an account.
  • Cookies and similar technologies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and through any consent tool FPT presents where one is required. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break sign-in and other core functions. See the Cookie Policy.
  • Global Privacy Control. Where applicable law requires an opt-out preference signal such as GPC to be honoured, FPT honours it for the browser that sends it.
  • Account information. You can review and update your account and profile details from your FPT account, or ask FPT to do it for you.
  • Closing your account. You can ask FPT to close your account at any time. Closure is subject to the retention rules above, and does not by itself cancel a subscription, create a refund entitlement, or reverse a rule decision. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
  • Declining optional data. You can decline to provide information that is optional. If you decline information FPT needs to run the account, process a payment, verify identity or approve a payout, FPT may not be able to provide that part of the service.

Your Rights

General Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights over the personal information FPT holds about you:

  • Access — to know whether FPT processes your information and to get a copy of it.
  • Correction — to have inaccurate information corrected and incomplete information completed.
  • Deletion — to have information deleted, subject to the exceptions the law allows and the retention obligations described above.
  • Portability — to receive certain information in a portable, machine-readable format, and where technically feasible to have it transmitted to another organisation.
  • Objection and restriction — to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to ask FPT to restrict processing in certain circumstances.
  • Withdrawal of consent — where FPT relies on consent, to withdraw it at any time without affecting processing that already happened.
  • Complaint — to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority or supervisory body.

To exercise a right, email privacy@fundedpredictiontrader.com. FPT will respond within the time applicable law requires, and will tell you if it needs more time. FPT may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and it will ask only for what verification requires.

Some rights are not absolute. FPT may decline or partially decline a request where an exception applies — for example where FPT must retain a record for tax, audit, fraud-prevention, security or legal-claim reasons, where the information is part of the evidentiary record behind a payout or rule decision, or where fulfilling the request would reveal another person's information.

U.S. State Privacy Rights

A growing number of U.S. states have enacted comprehensive consumer privacy laws — among them California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and others that have followed. Rather than print a per-state wall that goes stale as new laws take effect, FPT states the rights those laws grant and applies them to residents of any state whose law grants them, where and when that law applies to FPT's processing.

Where such a law applies to you, you may have the right to:

  • Confirm whether FPT processes your personal information, and access it.
  • Obtain a copy in a portable format.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Delete personal information FPT has collected about you.
  • Opt out of the sale of personal information, of sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising, and of targeted advertising.
  • Opt out of profiling in furtherance of decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects, where the applicable law provides that right.
  • Limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information, where the applicable law provides that right.
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights — FPT will not deny you the service, charge you a different price, or give you a lesser quality of service because you made a request.
  • Appeal a refusal. If FPT declines your request, you may appeal by replying to FPT's decision or emailing privacy@fundedpredictiontrader.com with "Appeal" in the subject. FPT will review the appeal and give you a written answer within the period the applicable law allows, including how to contact your state attorney general if you remain unsatisfied.

An authorised agent may submit a request on your behalf where the applicable law permits it, with proof of authorisation.

As stated above, FPT does not intentionally sell personally identifying trader information, and no cross-context behavioural advertising technology is in use on FPT sites as of the effective date of this policy.

Nevada

Nevada law gives Nevada consumers the right to direct an operator of an internet website or online service not to make any sale of "covered information" that the operator has collected about them. Covered information includes items such as your name, address, email address, telephone number, and an identifier that allows you to be contacted physically or online.

FPT does not sell covered information. If you are a Nevada consumer and you wish to submit a verified opt-out request anyway, email privacy@fundedpredictiontrader.com with the subject line "Nevada Opt-Out", from the email address associated with your FPT account, and include your name and enough detail for FPT to locate your records. FPT will acknowledge the request, verify it, and record your election. FPT honours a properly submitted Nevada opt-out whether or not a sale is occurring at the time.

Nevada is also the governing-law state described in the Terms of Use.

California

If you are a California resident, and to the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended applies to FPT's processing of your information, the rights listed in the U.S. state section above are the rights available to you: to know and access, to obtain a copy, to correct, to delete, to opt out of sale and of sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising, to limit the use of sensitive personal information, to non-discrimination, and to appeal a refusal.

The categories of personal information FPT collects, the purposes for which it is used, the categories of source, and the categories of recipient are described in Information You Give Us, Information Collected Automatically, Simulated Trading and Performance Data, How We Use Information and When We Share Information. FPT does not offer financial incentives in exchange for personal information.

FPT does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by California law. FPT honours the Global Privacy Control signal for the browser that sends it. To submit a California request, email privacy@fundedpredictiontrader.com.

Children and Minors

FPT is not for children. The service is intended only for people aged 18 or older, and FPT does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Do not create an FPT account, join the waitlist or make a purchase if you are under 18. If FPT learns that it holds personal information from someone under 18, it will delete that information and close any associated account, and any purchase will be handled under the Refund Policy and applicable law.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has given FPT personal information, email privacy@fundedpredictiontrader.com and FPT will act on it.

Changes to This Policy

FPT will update this policy as the product and the vendor stack develop. Several sections above describe processing that is anticipated rather than active — analytics, identity verification, payout processing and model development among them — precisely so that switching one on is an announced change to a described category, not a silent expansion.

When FPT changes this policy:

  • The version number and the effective date at the top of the page change.
  • A material change is notified before it takes effect, by email to the address on your account, by a notice in the dashboard, or both.
  • The previous version remains identifiable by its version number so you can see what changed.

Continuing to use FPT after a change takes effect means the updated policy applies to you. If you do not accept a change, you can stop using the service and ask FPT to close your account; closure does not by itself create a refund entitlement.

Document precedence is set out in the Program Agreement. This policy controls its own subject matter — privacy — and marketing pages and ordinary explanatory FAQs are summaries that do not override it.
